		<description>You&#039;re right, my general impression is that in some countries, Germany and the UK particularly, there is an intellectual movement shaping a new progressive politics, and parties like the German Green, are adopting this new political credo, or philosophy. In Latin America, in general, and in Brazil, in particular, political movements are far less developed than the economy and society. The Brazilian Green Party lacks identity and substance, and no other party is really looking for a 21st Century vision. Political debate has become poor, short-sighted and dogmatic.
